CNN: “I think that’s against the law, but okay, all right.”

Idiot. Both of them. Isn’t the reporter now complicit to voter fraud unless he report him?

Judge Rules Federal Election Law Violated In Ohio

Positively Nutty.

Positively Nutty.

Yesterday, ACORN in Ohio admits to voter registration fraud.

In a stunning development, the Democrat activist group ACORN – a frequent and influential advisor to Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner – now publicly admits that its Ohio staff engages in election fraud.

According to The Plain Dealer, “The group blamed inefficiency and lack of resources for problems such as being unable to spot duplicate voter-registration cards or cards that may have been filled out by workers to make quotas.” ACORN is under investigation by Cuyahoga County elections officials for submitting fraudulent voter registrations among the 65,000 forms submitted to the county board of elections.

Naturally, it’s someone else’s fault and they’re not responsible for what they do.

Today, a federal judge rules that the Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner (D) has also violated federal election law.

A federal court ruled tonight that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner violated federal election laws by not taking adequate steps to validate the identity of newly registered voters.

The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith called the identification breakdown “a serious problem” and ordered Brunner to immediately comply with federal requirements to match voter registration data with the information in the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Social Security Administration databases.  The court accused Brunner of failing to provide county election administrators with “an effective way to access and review mismatches.”

Now, let’s see, why would the chief state official in charge of elections, who is a Democrat, not want to verify the voter registration data from an organization that openly supports and has been funded by presidential candidate Barack Obama?

The answer comes from the top of the ticket. Barack Obama was quoted by the Columbia Dispatch saying:

Well, I tell you what, it helps in Ohio that we’ve got Democrats in charge of the machines.

This must be one of the most truthful things he’s ever said.

ACORN: Nevada Authorities Raid Office – Shocker, No One’s Manning The Fort

Looking for nuts.

Looking for nuts.

Via the Associated Press:

Nevada state authorities are raiding the Las Vegas headquarters of an organization that works to get low-income people to vote.

No one was at the ACORN office when state agents arrived with a search warrant and began carting records and documents away.

This is what you get for trying to fraudulently register the Dallas Cowboys as Las Vegas voters.

Idiots.

Remember, Barack Obama worked for this organization and they are actively registering voters to aid his campaign.

A spokesman for ACORN referred to the lawful raid as “a stunt that serves no useful purpose other than to discredit our work registering Nevadans and distracting us from the important work ahead of getting every eligible voter to the polls.”

I’m pretty sure the Dallas Cowboys don’t need your help getting to the polls.
